Privacy Policy Terms of Service Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within the first 7 days of project commencement if work has not yet begun. Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

2. Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project mid-way, you are liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance payments beyond the completed work value will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party costs (domain registrations, hosting, paid tools, advertising spend) are non-refundable. Strategy, consulting, and research work are non-refundable once delivered.
