By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services
Advigtal provides IT services, digital marketing, web development, and related services as agreed upon in individual project contracts. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in separate service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Projects are billed according to the agreed payment schedule in your contract. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with outstanding payments.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase our work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
